Chocolate sponge cake
Ingredients (for a small one)
75 g butter
75 g caster sugar
1 free-range egg
60 g self-raising flour
20 g cocoa powder
Preheat the oven at 180 c
1.mix butter and sugar in a large bowl until combined
2.beat an egg into the mixture, mix well and add a half of flour into the bowl and mix well until combined
3.add half of flour and cocoa powder in the mixture, mix well
4.bake in an oven for 20-25 minute ’til it’s springy to the touch.
1/2 cup Plain yogurt (I suggest low fat one)
1 tablespoon Canned blueberry
spread out yogurt on the surface, Place the blueberry at the middle
