Matcha cookie

Greentea are pretty tasteful with cookies! Why won’t you try some with your own baked?

Matcha cookies

Ingredients

125 g Cake flour

50 g Greentea extract powder or powderes leaves

75 g Unsalted butter

45 g caster sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

25 ml Milk

Here’s how

Preheat the oven at 170 c°

Whisk cake flour with Matcha powder in a small bowl.

Beat butter, salt and sugar together in the large bowl until combined.

Slowly add milk into the butter mix, beat until combined.

Add half of the matcha flour and mix, add the remaining and mix well with the batter mixer.

Rap the batter with plastic bag. Chilled for 2-3 hours in the fridge.

Flat the batter with the rolling pin and press with cookie cutter..

Bake in the oven for 15-20 mins or until it’s breakable and crumbly when break or bited.
